The Quincy can accommodate up to 20 guests. Extensive renovations ensure modern functionality in an historic atmosphere. There are four double rooms with private baths on the first and second floors, and three 2-room suites accommodating up to 4 guests each on the third floor. Each is individually decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques and art: all have modern baths with tile showers. Historical features such as wooden ceilings, original light fixtures, transoms, and antique doors are incorporated into the décor. There is a dedicated ground floor ADA suite; and most rooms are accessible. There is a sheltered entrance under the porte-cochere and elevator service to all floors.
A covered porch well-populated with rocking chairs runs the length of the façade along the lawn. We are finishing renovations to a large and comfortable lounge on the ground floor and a third-floor library that will be available for meetings or private events and has an adjoining powder room. Guests also can enjoy the second-floor balcony and adjacent sitting area with coffee and tea available anytime.
Free wifi is available throughout the property. A guest laundry is available on the second floor. Radiators with individual thermostats allow guests to be as cozy as they wish. Each room has a ceiling fan and fresh air circulates throughout the building at all times. Filtered water and glasses are in each room, and reading material that guests may take with them if they wish.
